Track rollers with Gothic arch groove - type LFR
• Series LFR rollers are the most widely-use and economy product among the linear motion track rollers, and they can suit to the cylindrical track.• There are two contact points between the roller and track, so the contact function is favorable.• Rollers feature double row angular contact ball bearing in its internal structure design and a thick-walled outer ring, so rollers can accommodate higher loads.• Rollers are made of high-quality bearing steel, processed by heat treatment and precision grind, and are filled with a long service life, high-grade and multi-purposes grease. Rollers mount the metal shield (KDD) or rubble seal (NPP) to prevent the dust. VARDHMAN also can provide the rollers with concentric or eccentric pivot. Some types of the rollers can be made from the corrosion resistance stainless steel.
■ Characteristics of the guide system that series LFR rollers are applied :
1. High allowable speed, low resistance, long service lifeFor series LFR rollers, the surface profile of the outer ring is designed as the GOTHIC ARCH.When rollers running, there are two contact points with an angle 60 degrees between the roller and track. So the friction resistance is low and the load is in equality, thus avoiding the stresses concentration and edge effect caused by the error from installation and manufacture, making the track system has the characteristics of high speed, low energy consumption, long service life and minimum noise level.
2. Easy installationAs rollers assembled the concentric or eccentric pivot, installation can be made convenient. To adjust the eccentric one's eccentricity, these rollers can get the fitting preload.
3. Smooth running, minimum error and lower noise levelVARDHMAN special manufacture equipments of machine and inspection facilities make accuracy in the profile of roller. Track rollers with "W" profile - type YTGW
• YTGW Guide Wheels are the main components of the Linear Motion system, they can be widely used in the industrial robot, cutting machine, motion track, production flow and so on.
• The surface of outer ring is the "W" profile formed by the two "V" with an angle of 90 degrees. The internal or external side face can be matched separately with the concave or protrudable track that both have a "V' profile with the angle of 90 degrees, and also the internal side face can be matched well with the cylindrical track.
• Wheels feature the internal design of double row angular contact ball bearing and a thick-walled outer ring, so the wheels can accommodate higher loads.
• Wheels are made of the high-quality bearing steel, processed by heat treatment and precision grind, and are filled with a long service life, high-grade and multi-purposes grease. Wheels mantle the metal shield or rubber seal (suffix X) to prevent the dust. Vardhman also can provide the wheels with the concentric or eccentric bushings, as well as the wheels made from the corrosion resistance stainless steel.

Track rollers with "V" groove profile - Vee'd Bearings • Series LV bearings can be widely used in the cylindrical track or " V " profile track with an angle of 120 degrees. Different from the series LFR bearings, series LV bearings are more adaptable to the different track sizes. Each type can be applied with a larger range of track diameters. They are widely used for the heavy-duty track, mobile equipment, wire straightening machine and so on.• Bearings take the internal structure design of double row angular contact ball bearings and have a thick-walled outer ring, so the bearings can accommodate higher loads.• Bearings are made of the high-quality bearing steel, processed by heat treatment and precision grind, and are filled with a long service life, high-grade and multi-purposes grease. Bearings take the metal shield to prevent the dust. VARDHMAN also can provide the bearings with concentric or eccentric pivot.• The bearings have an undercut on its bottom of groove on the outer ring. If the application disallow this undercut, VARDHMAN can meet customer's technical requirement. Also VARDHMAN can accept the bearings with various angle of " V " profile.

1. Low resistance, long service life, widely-uses The roughness of the " V " profile surface can be reached to Ra0.32 processed by precision grind. The bearings have well parallelism between the "V" profile groove and the mount planes of inner ring relatively. Wire Guides and Straightening Rollers - type A or AT


Field of Application :The straightening of cables, strips and wires is performed in steps with successive stages until the final product is obtained. To rationalize the handling between the different steps the material is stocked on reels or on bobbins and takes forms which are not natural. For every production step, it is therefore necessary to carry out the inverse process by taking the material off its support. At that moment, the straightening operation takes place. It may be divided into three steps: The straightening, consisting of putting the material back into its original shape. The operation is carried out by the first straightening rollers.The removal of the residual constraint in the material, due to the winding on the bobbin. This operation is performed by the rollers located in the central part of the straightener.The forming of the wire carried out by the last rollers on the straightener, generally placed at an angle of 90°compared to the angle of the first rollers.
Often it is necessary to combine these three steps. That is the reason why the straightener uses 5, 7, 9, 11 or even 13 rollers placed in two planes. The manufacturing precision of the roller has a major influence on the quality of the final product (wires) as well as on the service life of the rollers. It is therefore essential that the rectified "V" notch on the outer ring has the same geometric characteristics and precision as the rest of the bearing. For this reason, the notch on a VARDHMAN roller is precise machined prior to bearing assembly. Grinding this notch on an assembled standard bearing is risky, as the bearing may be damaged. An acceptable uniformity and geometrical precision can thus not be guaranteed. The service life of the roller is much shorter and the quality of wire drawing suffers accordingly. Among numerous applications using thread guides and straightening rollers, VARDHMAN has managed to make a name for itself in the field of specialized wire drawing companies, producing steel cables for the tire industry.

Track rollers for Vee bars/Plain rollers - type FR/LR

The backlash setting and the pre-tensioning of the rollers takes place via the eccentric hub of the rollers of the series FR.., FR..R or LR.., LR..R. The FR..Z and LR..Z series are the concentric models. In the eccentric rollers, the inner bolts are provided with two holes. These allow for the adjustment of the backlash. If a roller is located in its zero position, the teeth backlash will be the standard value of 0.05 mm flank clearance. The service life of the system will be reduced by excessive tensioning. With too little tension the rollers will not run, or will wear due to the poor meshing.
Friction
The roller guides have a very low coefficient of friction. This value is slightly increased by the fitting of wipers to the rails.
Corrosion resistance
Elements of the series with the suffix ..R are available in stainless steel.

Track rollers with cylindrical or crowned outer ring - type LR
• Series LR rollers are also called CAM ROLLERS, can be used in the heavy loads track or used as an idler wheel. They are widely used in the particular application that the friction should be reduced.• The outer diameter surface of rollers is shaped to the crowned runner surface with R500 (suffix U), so make the stresses well when rollers working.• Rollers take the internal structure design of deep groove ball bearings or double row angular contact ball bearings and have a particularly thick-walled outer ring, so the rollers can accommodate higher loads.• Rollers are made of the high-quality bearing steel, processed by heat treatment and precision grind, and are filled with a long service life, high -grade and multi-purposes grease. Rollers take the metal shield (suffix KDD) or rubble seal (suffix NPP) to prevent the dust. VARDHMAN also can provide the rollers with concentric or eccentric pivot. Some types of the rollers can be made from the corrosion resistance stainless steel.
■ Characteristics of the guide system that series LR rollers are applied :1. Low resistance, long service life, widely-use Being cam rollers with crowned runner surface R500, make its stresses in well-distributed between rollers and track when working, thus the stresses centralization are avoided, the friction resistance are reduced and the service life of rollers have been improved a lot. Most of the double row cam rollers can be relubricated through the filling hole on the inner ring to adapt the adverse working conditions.2. Easy installationAfter rollers assembled the concentric or eccentric pivot, installation can be made convenient. To adjust the eccentric one's eccentricity, the rollers can get the fitting preload. 3. Smooth running, minimum errorBesides we produce the series LR cam rollers according to the standard of rolling bearings, we also make the strict control on the rotary accuracy of outer ring in order to meet special working mode that inner ring is fixed while outer ring running.

Support bushings, pivots, studs and bolts
VARDHMAN can supply various accessories, such as bushings, pivots, studs and bolts, which suit for the Rollers or Bearings edited into our catalogue.In general, these accessories are according as its mount method specified by users to determine their profiles and sizes. VARDHMAN have set up a seriation to these accessories and designated by B.. Following the letter B, the various numerals indicate that the accessories are applied to the different series of Rollers or Bearings and their internal diameter as well as mount method respectively.
vardhman adopt a lot of materials, e.g. carbon steel, stainless steel to manufacture these accessories, and use different method, for example blackening, zinc-plated and nickel-plated etc. to treat their surface.


Diabolo-rollers, Track rollers for tubular rail
The Diabolo rollers are special arranged in the meat hook that running on a long tubular rail in the Abattoirs. These rollers feature to accept high carrying loads and to have long service life. The rollers have different hardness in external profile surface and internal structure so that the rails are prevented from wear in operation. These rollers are filled with high-grade grease which can run in the range - 40°C to + 180°C with waterproof & anti-washing function.

YT Series single edge linear rails are made of high-quality carbon steels. They are easy to mount with flexible application. VARDHMAN can supply two kinds of rails: -Economical type (type YTS) -Case-hardening with ground (type YT) Custom drilled holes are available. VARDHMAN IDS (Inlay Dual Shafts Guide System) consists of sliding carriage and rails.The rails include an aluminum body and two pieces high precision﹑hardened linear shafts that are inlaid into the aluminum body. The sliding carriage is mounted with three pieces or more high quality LFR series track rollers, two rollers are fixed on the block, and others are all with eccentric functions.IDS have a low coefficient of friction and good performance in high speed and high accelerations.The guide rails and the carriage block are all drilled with mounting holes, easy for mounting.IDS are easy to get a proper preload by adjusting the rollers with eccentric functions.IDS have a long service life. Track rollers are available on stock for customers’ replacement.Custom drilled services on the rails are also available from VARDHMAN.

VARDHMAN compact rail linear guide system consists of a separated sliding carriage and a guide rail.The guide rail is made of high quality carbon steel.The sliding carriage is mounted with three pieces or more high quality LV series track rollers, two rollers are fixed on the block, and others are all with eccentric functions.The sliding carriage could be dismounted from the rail very easily, which makes this guide system extremely convenient in mounting and adjusting.The guide rails and the carriage block are all drilled with mounting holes, easy for mounting and less space required.The preload of this Compact rail system could be adjusted freely to meet various application requirements.This Compact rail system has a long service life. Track rollers are available on stock for customers’ replacement.Custom drilled services on the rails are also available from VARDHMAN.

OTHER BEARINGS








VARDHMAN BEARINGS also can supply the various types of Non-Ground Rollers and Bearings according to the customers' requirements, in which made from different materials, such as plastic, brass, carburizing steel, and it can be used for the condition of anti-corrosion and anti-abrasion as well as shock loads.
Swash Bearings are made of high quality carburizing alloy steel (e.g. 16CrMn). They are specially applied to power tools. It is a key part in rotary hammer and plays a role in converting rotary motion to reciprocating linear motion.They are normally arranged in power tools made by Bosch Group.
Track roller series YTM… are made of high quality chromium steel. These track rollers feature a thick-walled outer ring and to enable rollers to accept higher radial forces as well as shock loads. They are extensively applied to forklift mast and lifting machinery's guide track etc..
Drawn Cup Bearings are also named Press ball bearings. They are made of stainless steel (e.g. SUS 303), carbon steel and engineering plastic respectively according to the different applications. To meet the different applications, their profile surfaces can be with Zinc-plated or bluing treatment. These bearings are widely used in doors & windows, conveyor system where the precision and loads are not so high applications.

Plastic Bearings Feature reducing vibration and noise to applying facilities. They are widely used in doors & windows, housings & stands, caster & pulleys and so on. The material of plastic cover use engineering plastic, such as Nylon; PA6; PA 66; PA 66 with 30% GF; POM and PU etc.

Characteristics of VARDHMAN track rollers
Adopting carefully chosen materials and components :VARDHMAN track rollers are made of the high-quality bearing steel (SAE52100) or stainless steel (440C) from the Shanghai No.5 Steel Company, so they possess of a favorable mechanical function after heat treatment. We select the precision steel ball of TSUBAKI from Japan to better the function of products. Meanwhile, the cage made of the engineering plastic from DUPONT or high-quality steel sheet (SPCC-SD) makes the bearings run in the reliable condition. The standard rollers are filled with the high-grade and multi-purpose grease from the SHELL Company and mantled by the Buna-N rubber seal or metal shield made of the high-quality steel sheet (SPCC-SD), so that to ensure that products can be lubricated well with the excellent function of seal and dustproof. It is available to fill with the specified grease and to mantle the high-quality rubber seal for custom products in order to meet different applications, such as KLUBER Grease from Germany, heat-resisting fluorin rubber seal and so on.
Optimal design :Various series of all VARDHMAN Track Rollers have a section that suit for running on the track. For example, the Gothic arch groove profile suit to cylindrical track. So the force distribution can be shared out equally and the load carrying capacity is increased in the rollers.
For the system or equipment that the track needs a low wear requirement, VARDHMAN adopted a special design of two different hardness grades, i.e. the hardness of internal structure is the standard one to ensure the roller’s service life to be longer, while the hardness of external is lower than the track’s. So the track abrasion is reduced, which makes the maintenance convenient and its cost lower.
Advanced technique :VARDHMAN special equipments of machine and facilities as well as inspection methods make the special profile design of bearing precisely on the products. For example, the accurate “V” and “W” profiles can make roller well contact with the track to improve the stability and prolong the service life of the system. Thus, the actual loads of roller can be met to the designed requirements.
